Directing hope, restoring dignity, and overcoming poverty - that’s what we’re all about at the Hope Hangar. The Hope Hangar exists to support low-income families, especially women and children facing crises. We are a place of Hope, able to meet immediate needs and share resources with other organizations doing similar work.
Programs & Services
Hope Distributions
We host regular distributions at locations world-wide to provide basic needs and food donations, where necessities are donated and distributed to those experiencing crisis to meet their immediate needs. To find a Hope Distribution near you email info@hopehangar.org.

Hope Homes
At Hope Hangar, we believe we can change communities and change lives, one mother at a time. This is why we provide residential home programs and classes to pregnant and parenting mothers.
We have two homes that can house up to seven mothers and their children at a time. Our residential home program is a comprehensive two-year initiative designed to empower homeless, at-risk mothers and their children to rebuild their lives. Over the course of the program, participants receive personalized support, life skills training, and access to resources that pave the way toward independence and self-sufficiency.
In addition to providing safe housing and support, our program hosts two classes each week to equip mothers with the tools they need for lasting success. Our Life Skills Class focuses on practical skills like financial literacy, health and wellness, and parenting, while our Spiritual Foundation Class offers encouragement and hope through faith-based teachings. While mothers are being poured into, their children also benefit from a dedicated program designed just for them. We believe in coming around families holistically, ensuring that both mothers and their children receive the support, guidance, and community they need to thrive.
Hope Infusions
We host large events throughout the year to bring relief to those experiencing a crisis while mobilizing hundreds to meet the needs of those in their local community. We host the following events at locations globally: New Year Serve Day, Hope Week, Back to School Drives, Holiday Drives

Yes! Once you’ve dropped off your donation, you can request a donation receipt from our Team, and we’d be happy to provide one for you.

If you or someone you know is in need of our services, we host Food and Clothing Distributions in Mountain View every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 6 PM-7:30 PM. Additionally, we host Distributions in San Jose every 3rd Monday of the month, from 6 PM-7:30 PM. We have groceries for the whole household, a Clothing Pantry, diapers, wipes, and more resources available at no-cost.
There is no pre-registration required to receive services. Once you arrive at the Distribution, we will help you register with us and receive services.
